HOURLY
Hourly Coverage
Perfect for short-format events like ribbon cuttings, award ceremonies, sports tournaments, or corporate mixers. Our hourly rate starts at $250, and includes professional coverage, basic edits, and a downloadable gallery. Ideal when you need polished results without a big production.
HALF DAY
Half Day
Great for multi-part events or when you need both photo and video coverage. Includes up to 5 hours of on-site shooting, hybrid content capture, and a full edit. Final images are delivered within 5 business days, with rush turnaround available upon request.
FULL DAY
Up to 10 Hours
A full day of seamless event coverage with options to add video, hybrid content, or extras like a headshot booth. Includes color correction, consistent storytelling throughout the day, and delivery of final images within 7 business days. Prices vary from event to event - But basic hourly rates start at $250 p/h for stills capture.
Online gallery, editing, download (+ one edit pass) included.Please email about video, half day and full day rates.

For most events we require at least 1 week’s notice in advance. Please use the form to get in touch. See below for last minute shoots.
There is a 50% on refundable deposit required for all events. -
We can shoot hybrid (stills and video) or just video with a 2-3 cam set up. All our video is shot at 4K or 8K.
Social Capture can be added to your booking to complete the package.
Files are delivered via physical Hard Drive or Data Transfer within 10 working days.
Editing is available at an extra fee.
