Corporate headshots don’t have to be boring. We bring a full-scale studio to your location, delivering high-quality, consistent headshots for teams of all sizes—up to 100 employees per day. Whether you’re refreshing your company’s brand or giving your team a well-earned professional upgrade, we make the process seamless and on-brand.

  • Hair and Makeup is highly recommended for both in-studio sessions and on-location shoots. Investing in professional styling ensures your team looks their best, reflecting the high quality of your brand.

    Our HMU Artist rates start at $150 per person for men and $250 per person for women, with group or day rates available upon request.

    For individual studio sessions, we recommend booking one of our trusted HMUAs through us to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Whether you're a large firm or an individual business, we can customize a session that fits your needs.

    All our corporate sessions include live view and same-day edited gallery options, along with a digital package featuring retouched images.

    Most group sessions can be seamlessly integrated into your workday or coordinated with a corporate event.

  • We recommend new, pressed clothes to make you look your best, and we guide you on how to pose correctly for a great shot.

    In Studio: We shoot using studio flash and daylight with multiple backgrounds. If you have a specific need for your marketing or company branding we’re happy to collaborate.

    On Location: We bring our studio to you and shoot you or your team bright and early so you can get back to your work day.

    After your session we upload your images to a private gallery for you to choose your favorite images to get retouched.

  • Retouching is included with all final images to ensure a clean, professional finish. Standard edits include skin smoothing, stray hair removal, eye brightening, teeth whitening, and color correction—all designed to enhance your natural look while maintaining authenticity.

    If you have specific requests beyond our standard retouching—such as background replacements, advanced body shaping, or object removal—just let us know. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the request.

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy

    To secure your individual session, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers administrative work, pre-session consultation, and preparation.

    Rescheduling Policy

    • You may reschedule your session once with at least 72 hours’ notice before the original appointment.

    • If you need to reschedule a second time, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new date.

    • Additional reschedules will also incur a $50 rescheduling fee to compensate for additional planning and preparation.

    Cancellation Policy

    • If you cancel more than 72 hours before your session, your deposit may be applied to a future booking within 60 days of the original session date.

    • If you cancel within 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited.

    • If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, you will be charged the full session fee to cover lost time and opportunity.

  • Corporate prices vary depending on your office and employee size. Basic Group / Company Rates vary depending on company needs and team size. Please drop us a line for a quote.

  • We especially love small Austin business owners - whether you’re a Thrift Store owner or Goat Yoga Instructor (!) We champion you and have great rates so you can still “Keep it weird!”
