Where are you located?
Our studio is in a converted school in Hyde Park (78751)—in the old Baker School which has been converted into creative offices and spaces. There is great coffee on-site and just a couple of blocks from Central Market.

Do you shoot on location?
Yes. We bring our portable studio setup to your office and work efficiently so your team can get back to work quickly. We can shoot up to 100 people per day and offer great rates and add hair and makeup to your session.

What’s the turnaround time?

  • Individual headshots: proofs within 24 hrs

  • Retouched final images within 3–5 business days.

  • Group sessions: up to 14 days for final retouched images.

Do you retouch all images?
Your session includes include professional retouching (skin, hair, eyes, teeth, light color correction) depending on what you have purchased.

Starting prices for retouching start at $50 each for additional purchases. Extra edits like background swaps or advanced changes can be added for additional rates. Full gallery (not retouched) can be purchased after the session.

Can you handle large teams?
Yes. We regularly photograph 50–100+ employees in a single day session. Rates scale depending on team size.

Do you provide hair & makeup for corporate sessions?
Yes. We can book professional HMUAs for half-day or full-day rates to ensure consistency across your team.

How do deposits work for large future bookings (e.g. 2027 or beyond)?
For large events booked far in advance, I require a 25% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date, with a second 25% due 12 months prior to the event. The remaining 50% is due on the shoot day or prior to image delivery. A minimum headcount guarantee applies — once we confirm the expected number of participants, that number becomes the minimum billed, even if fewer attend on the day. This ensures your dates are fully secured and dedicated to your team.

How does payment work?

  • Individual bookings: paid online via Square (50% deposit at booking).

  • Group bookings: invoiced with payment accepted via ACH, Zelle, or credit card (3.5% CC fee applies).

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel/reschedule with 72+ hrs notice = deposit can be applied toward a future booking.

  • Less than 72 hrs = deposit forfeited.

  • Less than 24 hrs or no-show = full session fee charged.
