Yes! We offer discounted rates for full-time acting students and talent agents booking on behalf of clients. If you’re an agent and want to get on our list then please email. Students - please email us before booking for your discount code.

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Absolutely. Everyone is welcome in our studio. If you’d like, please share your pronouns when booking so we can address you correctly.

How should I prepare for my session?

We’ll send you a comprehensive prep guide after booking, but in short:

• Choose solid-colored, new or well-fitted clothes that make you feel confident.

• Bring multiple looks (we’ll help choose on the day).

• New clothes work best!

• Stay hydrated, rested, and arrive camera-ready.

• Consider professional hair & makeup for polished results.

What should I wear?

Stick to solid colors, avoid logos/patterns, and bring a mix of casual + professional looks that show your casting range. Layers work well. We also have a steamer on-site if needed. A full guide is included in our PDF Headshot Guide

Do you provide hair & makeup?

Yes. It is an add-on service. We work with Austin’s top HMUAs. We also offer Men’s Grooming and simple ‘camera-ready’ makeup. HMU' isn’t mandatory but highly recommended, given the nature of studio flash and modern high resolution cameras that are quite unforgiving without makeup.

Can I bring my own HMUA?

All makeup artists must be vetted by me first, but happy to accommodate if you have a personal favorite.

How long does a session take?

• Spotlight Starter: 30–45 min

• Director’s Cut: 1.5 hrs

• Director’s Cut + HMU: 2 hrs

• Rising Star (Youth): ~ 30/45 min (age dependant)

• Extra looks add 15/20mins

• HMU - add 30-45mins

What’s included in my package?

Every actor package includes multiple looks, private online gallery, and retouched final images. The number of looks + retouches depends on your chosen package.

When will I get my photos?
Private Online Gallery: within 24/48 hours
Final retouches: 3–5 business days after you select your favorites
Rush turnaround is available—ask when booking.

How does payment work?
Payment is taken at booking via Square. Deposits are 50% and non-refundable. The balance is due after your session.

What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule once with 72 hours’ notice. Less than 72 hours forfeits your deposit. See our terms at time of booking.

Do you shoot full length shots?
Yes we can - a full length shot can be purchased at time of booking.
