The Booking Process

As of July 2025, we’re trialing a new booking system. Our calendar opens at the beginning of each month - so please choose dates within the current month when booking. Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose Your Package:
    Browse the options and select the session that fits your needs. You can also add any extras (extra looks, hair & makeup, etc.) during checkout.

  2. Pay to Secure Your Spot:
    Full payment is taken upfront to confirm your booking. No back-and-forth on deposits — simple and straightforward. 

  3. Pick Your Preferred Dates:
    After checkout, you’ll be prompted to tell us your top 2 date options. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your session time and you’ll receive our Headshot Guide to download - this will help you prepare with wardrobe and styling guide plus direction tips.
    (Please note: Our calendar typically opens one month ahead, so aim for dates within that window)

  4. Planning a Group or On-Location Shoot?
    For office headshots, event coverage, or anything outside the studio, just email us directly — we’d love to tailor something for your team.
